Ryan Harter announces the endorsement of current Chesterfield County School Board member, and former Chesterfield County School Board Chair, Debbie Bailey. Debbie Bailey and Ryan currently serve together on the Chesterfield County School Board. This endorsement shows Ryan’s standing as the frontrunner for District 73 and his broad coalition of support.

“I am honored to receive this endorsement from my friend, Debbie Bailey,” said Ryan Harter. “Serving alongside Debbie on the Chesterfield County School Board has been an honor. She understands the necessity of having a strong advocate for parents and students in Richmond. I am proud of the work that we have accomplished together, and I look forward to continuing our work in Richmond defending our community’s students and parents.”

“I am proud to endorse my friend and colleague, Ryan Harter, for the House of Delegates,” said Debbie Bailey. “Over the past 3 years serving our community together on the School Board, we faced many challenges and triumphs. Ryan has always been a voice of reason and demonstrated leadership for our division during the toughest of times. We need fresh ideas and bold leadership in our legislature to continue improving education for all of Virginia’s children. As a Veteran, school teacher, school board member, and business owner, there is no question his experience is what we need right now.”
